Applying to Atlanta Personal Trainer Program

- Submit your secure payment with USA ePay or contact our accounting department at 678-805-0125 to pay over the phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for the $75 application fee. If you are a Veteran or a Veteran’s dependent your application fee can be waived with proof of a unexpired Military ID, DD214, or Certificate of Eligibility. To proceed with your application please contact our Admissions Department (678) 805-0127 for the coupon code and specific details.
- After submitting your application you must be in contact with the Admissions department within the next 3 business days.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot in the listed class start.
- We encourage you to complete your enrollment process at least 2 weeks prior to the class start date.
